I was so relieved to find SAR Technology Group to help me stay abreast of all the HIPAA rules. But it turns out that not only have they successfully helped me monitor and stay up to date on those, but he has helped me with any computer issue that comes up for me. This company has been there and been there and been there for me over the past three or four years since I started working with them. When I make an appointment Simeon is right there, calming me as I panic over some issue that he resolves. Even if there is some head scratching to solve the problem—he sticks with me through it. He is kind, understanding and patient through it all. I am a solo practitioner, rather than a large corporation, so it is hard to find an IT company that works with folks like me and I am so appreciative of that capacity as well.
